Isobel joined the team as Office Manager in July 2001 when the Signet team grew and needed more assistance in adminstration and organisation as she has 35 years experience. Isobel has managed training centres in the past within her role as Community Organiser for an Adult Education Training Centre.
She is now responsible for all the administration and course delivery for Signet including all personal matters and quality matters, bringing the Company to ISO 9001 status in 2005 and continued to do so to the present day. She also demands a high standard of approach to health and safety in all Signet Solution’s activities within the organisation and is trained as a First Aider and Fire Warden for all delegates and staff.
Karen joined the team as Finance Manager in October 2002 as she had previously worked in a Finance role.
She is now responsible for all the financial control of the organisation including consultancy and assisting the Project Managers in various programmes. She is continuing her professional development in AAT accountancy examinations. Karen is also a First Aider and Fire Warden for all delegates and staff.
Amelia joined the team as Office Assistant in January 2014.
She is learning all the everyday administration which Signet Solutions carry out on a daily basis. She ensures all the delegate course materials and classrooms are set up ready for the start of their course. She is a welcome asset to the team.
