Aim

This course is intended for delegates who will be required to undertake the role of Test Assistant. It will provide them with the underpinning knowledge and practical ability that will be required in this role and make sure they are aware of the equipment that will be used and what will be expected of them.

Pre-Requisites

A well prepared delegate is expected to be familiar with common items of railway signalling equipment, as found on the trackside and in locations. Otherwise, you will have difficulty following the course. We recommend that newcomers to the industry attend our 'Introduction to Signalling - BS1 & BS2' course to reach this starting point.
