Where It All Started

Founded in 1996 by Andy Knight, Signet Solutions began with a straightforward principle: if the training is not practical, it is not good enough. Andy had spent years working in railway signalling and saw a gap between the theoretical knowledge being delivered in classrooms and the real-world competence that engineers needed on site. He set out to close that gap.

What started as a small operation quickly earned a reputation for rigour, relevance, and results. Word spread through the signalling community, and Signet Solutions grew steadily, not through aggressive marketing, but through recommendations from engineers and managers who had experienced the difference first-hand.
